Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to Zinc during the current beta phase and any related public web experiences.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Zinc, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Zinc.

3. Beta Service

Zinc is currently offered in beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice. Beta access does not guarantee uptime, continued availability, or compatibility with every device, browser, or integration.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You may not share access in a way that bypasses intended account controls.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse Zinc infrastructure.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
  • Use the service in violation of applicable law or platform rules.

6. Health Disclaimer

Zinc is an informational and tracking tool, not medical advice. The service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always use independent judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Zinc a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service and shared product features.

8. Intellectual Property

Zinc, its branding, software, designs, and content other than user content are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

9. Termination

Zinc may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or if the beta is ended. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

Zinc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zinc and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms by updating this page. Continued use of Zinc after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
